Feel the burn!

One of Owen's new favorite things to do is..... squat! He does it all the time. He does it when he's excited. He does it to make his mommy and daddy laugh. He does it when no one is looking, I assume for his own entertainment! This morning I was doing a workout tape at home, and during the lower body section there were squats! Owen was thrilled! He laughed and laughed as I squatted along with the TV. And then he joined me! Such enthusiasm. He can be my workout buddy any time :)
