We've had to implement a new rule when it comes to Owen's nap time. Izzy isn't invited. We all used to go upstairs and read a few books before I put Owen down. Iz was a little loud, but in the end Owen still went to sleep. Recently, Iz has decided that nap time is time to run around. Owen LOVED this idea. Once Izzy started running, I couldn't stop Owen from joining in. And once the running/wrestling/rabble rousing has commenced, nap time is over. Now I make Iz wait down stairs while I put Owen down for his nap. It's working much better.
