update

Yesterday both of the kids had their checkups.

Owen went first. He did SUCH a good job. The last two times he has seen a doctor he has completely freaked out. This time we met our new doctor, Dr. Long. She was fantastic! Owen just loved her. Owen weighs 29lbs and is 35 1/2 inches tall. He had to get a booster shot, but he got to pick out a bandaid for the occasion :) He couldn't decide between Elmo and Lightning McQeen, so Dr. Long let him have both!

Penny was fantastic. She got a little upset at the naked part, but mostly she just hung out. She is a whopping 13lbs 12oz, and is 24 inches long. Her head is 40 1/2 cm around. She has a huge noggin.

My son is a genius. Owen was playing with these blocks. He brought his sculpture over to me and said, "Mommy! The number four!" It's backwards to the camera, but it is indeed the number four!
